A full arc of transformation. Eight weeks gives us time to move past the surface pattern into what's underneath it — the belief systems and identity structures it was built on — with enough sessions to integrate each layer before moving to the next. With more consistent sessions, we develop greater neuroplasticity (ability to update beliefs improves) and deepen the relationship with inner parts for a more coherent unfolding and felt sense of safety from within.
